In December 2010, Jim testified before the United States House of Representatives Committee on the Judiciary on the topic of “Foreclosed Justice: Causes and Effects of the Foreclosure Crisis.” (Watch the entire hearing.) He has also testified before the Florida Senate Committee on Banking and Insurance, and has been interviewed numerous times on issues relating to his consumer work including on MSNBC’s The Dylan Ratigan Show. Jim has presented testimony to the Florida Supreme Court Task Force on Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Cases and to the Jacksonville Foreclosure Task Force.
