The firm handles a mix of complex, serious personal injury cases, class actions, consumer litigation, (including mortgage foreclosure defense cases, credit card defense cases, and cases involving fraud or deceptive acts,) and business-to-business commercial litigation.
We focus on the Northeast Florida region, primarily in the St. Johns, Duval, and Clay county areas, but also handle cases throughout Florida. On occasion, Jim will also co-counsel cases in other parts of the country.
